Pre-Orders
So that we can accommodate as many pre-orders as possible, requests are limited to items from our catering menu. The order minimum is $100.
We will always do our best to accommodate your request. If your preferred location does not have the availability or capacity to accept an order at your requested time, we will reach out to you as quickly as possible with available alternative options. Certain peak times and time slots already reserved may not be available and will not appear on the list of available times for that location. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
So that we can properly process your order, we kindly ask that all requests be placed online at least 2 days in advance.

We partner with DoorDash to offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of most of our locations. Delivery within an 8-mile radius is available at HomeState Hollywood, HomeState Sherman Oaks, and HomeState Oceanside. A HomeState team member may deliver an order from these locations. A flat fee of $50 is applied to all deliveries.
Once your order has been accepted and payment has been processed, reductions to the order will be kindly declined. Additions to the order may be possible pending availability and are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled order time.
In the unlikely situation that our culinary team is required to make a substitution on your menu, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. Substitutions would only occur should product availability or quality suddenly change.
A 6% Admin Fee is applied to all pre-order and catering requests. This charge is used to offset the added costs of processing large orders.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled order time are eligible for a 50% refund. All other cancellations are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order.
